What is included in the entry fee?
- Four rounds of golf
- Three nights lodging
- Daily breakfast
- Transportation to/from golf
- Official ForeFathers Invitational tee gifts
What is NOT included?
- Airfare
- Lunch & dinner
- Alcohol
- Personal shopping
- Golf club rental (if applicable)
What airport should I fly into?
Calgary International Airport (YYC). Approximately 75–90 minutes from Canmore.
When should I arrive?
Arrive before noon on Thursday, July 8. If you can't fly in that morning, there are cheap hotels in Calgary for a Wednesday arrival. Our first round begins Thursday afternoon.
When does the trip end?
Golf concludes Saturday afternoon, where we'll enjoy Banff and celebrate the champion. Checkout and departures are on Sunday.
Registration
When do I have to commit?
November 1, 2026. A deposit is required to secure your spot.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are used to secure lodging and tee times. If your spot is filled from the waitlist, we'll work with you on reimbursement if possible.

Which courses are we playing?
- Kananaskis (Mt. Kidd)
- Stewart Creek
- Silvertip
- Banff Springs
Are handicaps required?
Yes. Everyone must have a GHIN.
Lodging
What hotel are we staying at?
The Malcolm Hotel, Canmore.
Who will I room with?
Room assignments are determined by the Committee. Requests are welcome but not guaranteed.
Will everyone have their own bed?
Yes.
Transportation
Do I need to rent a car?
No. Transportation is included during the Invitational.
Travel
Do I need a passport?
Yes. Canada requires a valid passport for U.S. travelers.

Should I bring cash?
Credit cards are accepted almost everywhere. Small cash amounts are recommended for tips.
What's the weather like?
Average highs around 72–75°F. Cool mornings. Bring layers.

Will there be official merchandise?
Yes. Each player receives exclusive Invitational gear.
Food
